Are you ready to fix this?
If you’re a service-based business owner with some clients, visibility, and momentum but unpredictable cash flow, this page is for you.
You’re doing all the ‘right’ things
Posting on social media, networking, and you might even be running ads.
But your audience and ideal clients scroll past your content.
They engage occasionally, but they don’t buy.
And the clients you do get?
Random.
Inconsistent.
Hard to predict.
You’ve been told:
- “Post more consistently”
- “Build a better funnel”
- “Have better systems”
- “Just keep showing up”
But deep down, you know that’s not the real issue.
The real problem?
Your message isn’t landing.
Your ideal clients don’t recognise themselves in what you’re saying.
They don’t see your offer as the solution to the problem they feel right now.
And if they don’t feel urgency, if they don’t see themselves in your “before” state and crave your “after” state, they won’t buy.
No amount of consistency, content, or ads will fix this message-to-market mismatch.
Here’s what’s blocking your cash flow
X You’re being hired for outputs, not outcomes.
Imagine you were any of these business owners, describing what you’ll do for potential clients:
| Output | Outcome | |
| Social Media Manager | “I’ll manage your Instagram and post 5× per week” | “Turn your followers into paying clients who DM you saying ‘I’m ready to work with you’”. |
| Finance Coach | “I’ll create a personalised budget spreadsheet for you.” | “Go from anxious every time you check your bank account to confidently knowing exactly where your money is going and finally start saving without feeling deprived.” |
| Business Coach | “I’ll give you five weekly coaching sessions” | “Go from second-guessing every decision to confidently charging what you’re worth and booking out your calendar eight weeks in advance” |
| Web Designer | “I’ll build you a 7-page website.” | “Your website does the selling for you. Visitors instantly understand what you do, who it’s for, and why they should work with you. I’ll help you create this foundation” |
X Your offer sounds like everyone else’s, so potential customers choose based on price alone or just wait.
X You lead with your process and credentials, not the transformation your potential ideal clients are desperate for
The result?
Your audience sees your offer as “nice to have” instead of “I need this NOW.” And “nice to have” doesn’t create urgency. It creates hesitation
You’ve done well to get this far. Seriously
Most people are too scared to even start a business. And here you are building an audience, creating content, landing clients here and there.
You know what’s possible.
But you also know this isn’t sustainable
Dragging your business along, hoping the next post or the next campaign will finally be “the one”?
That’s exhausting. Mentally. Financially.

You don’t have time to waste
So let’s get you clarity on what’s blocking you and what to do about it.
I’ve seen this pattern before. Here are perfect examples:
Go to almost any marketing agency website. A lot of them say similar things:
“We’re a full-service agency offering SEO, PPC, social media, content, email marketing, and web design.”
Sounds professional, right?
Here’s the problem: Potential clients don’t think, “I need a full-service agency.”
They think:
- “I need to fix my lead generation problem.”
- “I need to stop wasting money on ads that don’t convert.”
- “I need my customers to see me as their obvious choice.”
The message-to-market mismatch:
The agency is describing what they do (capabilities).
But the potential client is looking for what they’ll get (outcomes).
So they scroll past or pick the cheapest option. Or do nothing.
This costs these agencies thousands in lost clients, even though they’re good at what they do.
Sound familiar?
Or
What about Peloton’s “The Gift that Gives Back” Christmas ad?
Peloton’s ad showed a slim, already-fit woman receiving a Peloton bike from her husband, then documenting her “fitness transformation journey.”
The message: “Transform your body with Peloton.”
The public reaction: ‘She doesn’t need to transform!’
The backlash was instant. Social media was heaving with criticism, calling the ad tone-deaf and dystopian.
Peloton’s stock dropped 9% in a single day! Wow.
The mismatch: Peloton was selling transformation to people who didn’t see a relatable “before” state.
No recognition = no desire = no sale.
The lesson: If your audience doesn’t see themselves in your “before,” they won’t care about your “after.”
Whatever messaging you’re using in your business should create instant recognition and urgency.
Here’s what I do

I work with service-based business owners who are visible, active, and great at what they do, but still don’t have consistent client flow.
Your ideal clients don’t doubt your skills. They just don’t see themselves in your message.
They don’t feel urgency.
So they wait. Or they choose someone else.
This can be fixed.
And it doesn’t require posting more, running more ads, or ‘building a better funnel.’
It’s about understanding why potential customers choose another brand over yours, even when you’re both qualified, and making sure your message creates that instant recognition and urgency.
That’s what I support you to do.
And I’m offering you: The Known-to-Chosen Messaging Breakdown, for only £397
This isn’t just an audit where I tell you “here’s what’s wrong” and leave you to figure it out.
This is a focused buyer-psychology and messaging audit that identifies:
★ Where your ideal clients are getting confused, disengaged, or unconvinced
★ The exact mismatch between how they experience THEIR problem and how YOUR message presents the solution
★ What needs to change and what to say instead

What you get
1. A deep-dive review of your main messaging
- Your homepage, sales page, or primary offer page
- I’ll analyse using buyer psychology: Does this create instant recognition? Does it trigger urgency? Does it differentiate you?
2. A clear breakdown of what’s not landing (and why)
- Specific examples of where your potential ideal customers are likely dropping off
- Why your message isn’t creating the “I need this NOW” feeling
- What your competitors are doing that you’re not (and vice versa)
3. Recommended messaging you can use immediately
- A rewritten headline for your core offer
- 2 messaging angles to test (so you’re not guessing)
- Before/after clarity on how to talk about your ideal customer’s problem vs. your solution
4. A roadmap for what to fix first
- Not everything needs to change at once, so we’ll prioritise

Why this works (when “post more consistently” doesn’t):
Here’s what I look for in your messaging:

Are you leading with process or transformation?
Your ideal customer cares about outcomes.
Does your headline create instant recognition, or does it require explanation?
If they have to think about whether this is for them, you’ve already lost them.
Do buyers see your offer as “nice to have” or “I need this NOW”?
If there’s no urgency, they’ll put it off indefinitely.
Is your message the same as your competitors’, or does it stand out?
If you sound like everyone else, potential customers default to price or familiarity.
I don’t just tell you what’s broken. I show you how to fix it.
What happens after you get your breakdown?
You’ll have clarity on:
- What to change in your messaging
- What to say instead
You can implement it yourself
The roadmap will be clear enough for you to run with it.
Or, if you want help refining and implementing it, I offer ongoing strategic messaging support. But that’s optional.
Two ways to get started:
Option 1: Book a free 20-minute clarity chat first
Not sure if this is right for you? Let’s talk.
I’ll ask you a few questions about where you’re stuck, and I’ll give you honest feedback on whether this breakdown will help.

The Diagnostic Approach: Why You’re Not Getting Clients Consistently for just £7.99
This is a digestible briefing that breaks down common message-to-market mismatches and why, even a warm audience still may not buy from you.
Sometimes we can be too close to our own brand to see the obvious, but if you can still take an objective view, this briefing is not the full breakdown, but will give you the foundation to start diagnosing your own messaging.
Here’s what some of my clients have said. Click on the video to play it.
You’ve done the hard part
